Let’s feel – The way we want to feel
In 5 minutes I’ll share how to feel how you want to feel.
Do you ever stop and notice how we are feeling right now? and……is it how we want to feel?
Here’s a way to ask your unconscious mind to get you to feel how you want to feel in a context or event to come such meeting someone or a meeting with people or something you know what and when. Let’s use what you do without knowing but do it in a totally positive way.
You may find it better to write this down so you can learn to do it more easily every time so let’s get our ‘Jenny J’ and a pen ready.
