Let’s feel more confident – the podcast

Let’s play with a couple of NLP processes ~ you up for that?
Now this is not simply about being more confident and getting over confident oh no! It’s about being confident in your competence and that’s when we excel because we’re aligned.

You are going to need your knuckles and we are gong to do something we call ‘anchoring’ that stimulus and response.
You will also need specific memories of being totally confident, competent AND successful.

Probably it’s best to listen all the way through first and then follow through again and join in. Make it playful and fun ;0)

Shine brightly
Paul
