Revisiting what we’ve learnt makes us grow -podcast

Jenny is needed, yep good old Jenny journal, to note and remind us of what we’ve learnt because it’s so easy to forget. Even re-reading those wonderful books you’ve already read and find so much more. It’s as if you missed the obvious but you didn’t you just didn’t know what you know now so you can take in even more now – hence the re-read.


Maybe as you realise all the processes you have learnt and remind yourself to practice and make permanent. Yes there is a link here with other episodes ;0)


This is all to simple and totally a feat of common sense which I, like you, need constant reminding to use what I know, know what to do (that’s Mastery) and stimulate your growth to learn more Yippee!!!!!
