Where do you spend your time

And NO this is not about spending time on social media or TV!
I’m thinking about – Do you spend more time in your head? or in the words you use? because the past and the future don’t exist and if they do, they only exist here – right now.

Oh yes it’s ‘Cloughie’ going a little deeper all because I heard a guy called Alan Watts saying ‘The past and future only exist in the present. It got me thinking and feeling he was bang on and how people use their language, words in either the past or future tense, thereby creating the way their now is. I began to wonder about the way I talk and how maybe you share your word in the language you use.

It’s similar, I guess, to way some travel everywhere else to find themselves and guess what – wherever they are their here and this could be changing jobs, career, relationships and you fill in the blank.

I want to encourage you to take action and succeed in achieving you dreams and goals and taking responsibility in the here and now, so when your future becomes your now it’s how you want it to be. ;0)

If you haven’t achieved your dreams YET then this may be just the place to start from a place of learning.

I’m sure this will lead to longer chats in future podcasts

So………………..
Do you spend more time in your head? and the words you use?
the past?
the future?
or
the now?

Shine brightly
Paul
