A breathe of fresh air – in a podcast
This is a short intake of breath as well as a short podcast
It’s a way of breathing that when you use it when you are anxious, fearful and just want to calm down thta’s so simple and simply works. Remember our saying from Einstein “In simplicity there is genius”
