It may only be a smile to you – A 5 minute podcast
I Love the act of gratitude and having a gratitude journal. Gratitude really makes you feel good and sends out the right vibration to your unconscious mind and the universe of the law of Attraction.
Although there I times I go into a loop when thinking of what I’m grateful for, keep thinking of the same things and I wanted to find a way that would break the cycle or loop and get me into that grateful feeling.
What did I discover? It was simple, and simple is genius and simple is a smile. Smiles are involuntary and it’ you unconscious signal that feels good.
