Armour used to be worn by knights of old but now we all wear it.
This was reminded to me by listening to two people talking about their metaphorical amour at completely different times and it just fused in my mind – And made me begin to think of what’s mine and what’s yours?
Both Tim Ferriss (Check out his great podcast) and Geoff Thompson used armour to hide behind _ I’ll explain more when you listen.

I’ll show you mine too and another example from a client which hopefully show how varied the metaphorical armour can be.

The thing is, when we learn and expose it we can find ways to change it and realise we don’t need it anymore. I’ll explain some simple ways to explore, learn it’s positive intention and find better ways to have the life you want and remain protected and safe.
