A short podcast (of dubious audio quality that I apologise for in advance) about how we can keep a record of what we enjoy and in that way we influence our unconscious mind for more of the same.

There are so many different ways to record our lives and in the past I’ve done my share and now realise there are better ways than we naturally turn to. What I discuss here are a few ways that make you feel good and  somehow get more or if not more than the same. Go to be a good thing to try don’t you think.
