Just a refresher, time to take stock, a pause for remembering what we’ve learnt.
 
Sometimes time goes really quickly and things happen so fast we can forget to take a little time out to review, so here’s my time out reminding you of previous topics we’ve covered and for those who are new what you can dip into.
 
I know when I do this with other podcasts or books I always find gems I missed that I’m now ready to take on and always seem to be applicable to me just at the right time, I’m sure you’ve had that experience too!
 
I’m amazed of what I’ve remembered and the ideas that I’ve had just by taking  time to pause, get curious and review, I hope you will be too.
